Hot Pot Digital was tasked with delivering a comprehensive audit of Chivas Regal’s web presence in China.
For this our insights team covered a broad scope: taking in all brand channels from Weibo and WeChat through to search marketing strategies, core brand websites, campaign microsites and the Pernod Ricard group’s eCommerce presence. We also went deep, examining content, visuals, engagement mechanisms, KOL/media partnerships and interconnectivity between the various platforms.
The result was a comprehensive view of the state of play for Chivas, as well as an actionable roadmap of concrete steps for the optimisation of the brand’s digital ecosystem. Output took the form of a multi-phase delivery with on-site workshops involving key global brand stakeholders.
